A Leading Company in Oman - Long Term Project

Procurement Executive/ Buyer

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Must have 2+ years of experience in same field.

Responsible for activities supporting the procurement of good (expense and capital) and services in the assigned project/location/category through system driven procurement process

Responsible for floating RFQs, L1T1 analysis, supplier identification, supplier due diligence, negotiations, supplier selection etc. Responsible to setup appropriate contracting mechanism along with specific T&Cs. Responsible for materials delivery as committed by supplier and supplier performance.

Responsible to system process approved requisitions for goods and services. Responsible to technically understand and verify the end user requirements clearly prior to order placement

Along with Logistics, C&F and other relevant stakeholders, responsible for setting up goods specific INCO terms, logistics and handling mechanisms, C&F and necessary inward activities needed for goods delivery to Organization's receiving locations

Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof.
