A well-established trading company in Bahrain is looking for a storekeeper to efficiently manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order processing. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling daily warehouse activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Organize and arrange stock in a systematic and safe manner.
- Process and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
- Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies or damages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for stock replenishment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions and warehouse activities.
Job Details:
- Salary: 225 BD (gross) + company transport
- Benefits: Private insurance, visa, 6-day work week (Friday off)
- Note: Employee must arrange their own accommodation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and inventory management.
