We are Looking for an Admin and Executive Assistant to CFO
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our fast-growing company as an Admin and Executive Assistant to the CFO. You’ll be an integral part of a vibrant team, working in a supportive culture while assisting with accounting, finance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and assist in managing daily activities.
- Organize and manage the CFO’s schedule and handle administrative tasks.
- Record accounting transactions in the ERP system.
- Support monthly closing processes and assist in financial reporting.
- Handle administrative transactions and documentation.
- Assist cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
- Take on various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and industry regulations.
- Accounting certification is an advantage.
