Key Responsibilities:

  • Update Buyers Scorecard & Stock list on a daily basis and ensuring monthly reports have been generated on time as per the Standard Report Generation Requirement. Scorecard & Stock list to be available at 9:30 in the morning.
  • Ensure that Daily Automall, Daily Wholesale and Appraisal Count reports are prepared and sent to respective recipients on time.
  • Ensure that KPI appraisals are updated and are tallied as per the Buying Executives appraisal count.
  • Ensure that cheques are prepared and forward to AFSS for signature on time.
  • Verify the clearance of vehicles under mortgage before processing payment for bank settlement.

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  High school degree

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in similar role within a reputable automotive dealership.
