About the Position:

Due to our rapid growth and future expansion plans, we are currently building our talent pool of experienced Automotive Denter for Automotive Aftersales Services UAE, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing quality servicing and repairs on Passenger Sedans and 4-wheel drive vehicles. You will be responsible for proper diagnosis and troubleshooting on trim job & wind noise, surface leveling, accuracy in dimension & measurement of body, car o liner inspection. You will ensure zero repeat repairs and conduct final inspection as per the SOP.

You are expected to deliver prompt execution of service repairs requested on the repair order as per schedule provided and report additional job required in car with cost estimate. You will maintain Check Sheets and Log sheets and ensure proper handling of special tools.

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this role should possess Trade related certificate/diploma.  You should have at least a minimum of 2 years of related Technician – Denter experience working in a dealership workshop and repair section of Japanese/American or European cars such as Volvo, Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge. You should have ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of car repairs/maintenance. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
