About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager who already has a background in successful bodyshop management and is looking to lead and develop people to be the best they can be, encouraging a culture where people innovate and are passionate about what they do.


Reporting to the Regional Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impressive sales and profit results from leading the operation of a fast-paced paint & body centre, achieving optimal performance by driving and maintaining the focus of an efficient, highly trained and productive team. You will manage the expected growth and the activities of Bodyshop on a daily basis for a smooth, efficient and profitable operations.

Among your key responsibilities as are as follows:

  • Ensure top quality work job by matching principals’ repair standards. Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and diminish return jobs.
  • Ensure staff and workshop discipline for efficiency, quality and professionalism of job.
  • Ensure consistent growth in business volumes to achieve company budget objectives of increasing turnover, profit, gross margins etc.
  • Ensure high level of productivity to increase profits and quick turnover of job.
  • Establish clear communication with customer and staff to enhance job completion, quality and develop customer confidence.
  • Ensure satisfactory financial performance, namely turnover, gross margin and expense control to achieve company’s budgetary objectives.
  • Ensure on time debt collection. Ensure the establishment, documentation, implementation, standardization and sustenance of processes for the effectiveness of QMS in order to emphasize in achieving Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality & Process improvement.

 

About You:

To be successful for the role of Bodyshop Manager, you must have the following:

  • Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or any technical related field.
  • 5-7 years in a reputed workshop out of which 3 years in managerial level
  • Customer centric approach and operationally proactive by nature will be highly needed for this role to ensure daily departmental tasks, routines and resources are available to deliver high quality services.
  • You must have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able to influence others.
  • You will be an engaging leader with a skill for developing talent, a drive for result.
