MISSION

FO Duty Manager is responsible for all operational aspectsof the Hotel. Is the ambassadorof the hotel management and main point of contact with in-house guests. The role will include key responsibilities such as;

Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty
Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through
Conveys the brand and hotel image through his/her irreproachable attitude
Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a well-known property/brand
UAE experience is a plus
Computer literate in the Windows environment, PMS, Tars, Opera, Macros with an aptitude for new technologies
