Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
  • Schedule and organize all health club consultations and appointments Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management.
  • Organize, consult and assist in all guest queries and follow up 
  • Request and collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock level.
  • Process and manage the billing system reporting any problems to management.
  • Promote and encourage further spa and health club services and repeat bookings.
Qualifications:
  • Standing & Walking for long hours.
  • Frequent bending, lifting and carrying weights.
  • Take reasonable care when storing, handling, and using chemicals and dangerous substances, lifting and carrying, and using or cleaning dangerous work equipment, including machines.
