Role

As our HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the employee experience across all of our brands. From recruitment to onboarding, and compliance to culture - you'll ensure smooth HR operations that empower our team and support our business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records (digital and printed).

 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, reference checks, and contracts.

 

• Coordinate HR interviews, trainings, and meetings.

 

• Respond to employee queries and resolve issues promptly.

 

• Forecast hiring needs and support brand expansion with talent acquisition.

 

• Oversee on-boarding and orientation for new staff.

 

• Handle attendance tracking and payroll preparation.

 

• Generate regular HR activity reports and compliance updates.

 

• Monitor and renew government licenses, visas, and legal documents.

 

• Ensure adherence to Kuwait labour laws and HR best practices.

 

• Follow up on daily task completion across branch representatives.

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

 

• 3-5 years of professional HR experience, ideally in F&B industry or hospitality sectors.

 

• Strong knowledge of Kuwait's labour laws and HR compliance.

 

• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.

 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

 

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
