BDM: Main Objective to increase the No of BO’s for VD sales & achieve the Monthly Targets Manage the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partners in Market.
Meeting the partners regularly to increase the No of BO’s & Sales of Samsung Display’s to increase their Sell Out.
Recruit tier 2 partners to capture their strengths and convince them to start selling and promoting Samsung Displays instead of competitors displays to increase our reach to the end customers
Accompany Tier 1 or Tier 2 partners for the customer meetings and convince them for promoting and selling Samsung Displays also assisting them for any clarification or support required to convince the end customer
Managing pricing to all the Tier 1 as well as Tier 2 partners respectively
Prepare Commercial / Technical proposals along with Pre-sales to meet the end customer requirements
Managing and preparation of PI’s for weekly, monthly sales sell into partners
Directly following with order management post confirmation of the PI (payment, releases, pick up etc.
Essential skills and experience:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills; demonstrates group presentation skills and in conducting meetings.
Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Comfortable working on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables.
Exercises sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 8 years experience, 5 of which must be within a direct sales capacity
