Position Summary

 

The Performance Media Manager at PHD Media has a responsibility of leading and driving efficiencies across a portfolio of performance focused clients, with support from Performance Media Executives.

 

As Performance Media Manager, your role will be focused around managing the delivery insights and analysis within the digital landscape. You will work with the propriety and market leading technology to understand, interpret and analyse media performance across multiple channels with a key focus on digital media. You will be dedicated to producing the highest quality of work within agreed deadlines.

 

It will be the role of the Performance Media Manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of Performance Media Executives to ensure that the execution, optimisation, analysis, and reporting of performance media campaigns is of the highest quality standard.

The ultimate goal is to ensure complete client satisfaction, as well as drive revenue through best practice for the Performance Media division of PHD.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Performance strategy development, campaign planning & executing, optimization, data analysis
  • Efficiently managing and optimising budgets across performance platforms to ensure planned delivery in-line with the client’s business objectives
  • Playing a key role in supporting business development, as well as building and maintaining client relationships;
  • Seeking opportunities to test new technologies and betas to drive desired client KPI’s
  • Developing training sessions for junior team members as well as wider teams across the agency

 

Requirements:

 

Essential:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively
  • Ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of complex information
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PPC campaign management tools: Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner
  • Google Academy for Ads Certified
  • Understanding of core elements of PPC and online marketing
  • Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools
  • Proficient in 3rd party bidding optimization tools: Marin/Double Click.
  • Experience working in a PPC manager role
  • 2-3 year experience in performance media

 

Desirable:

  • Facebook Blueprint Certified
  • Arabic: Fluent speaking and writing
