Requirements:
Certified Coder (AAPC)
Experience with Mediware (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in Dubai
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Quality control and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in:
Pre-approvals, submissions, re-submissions, reconciliation
Coding and ICD/CPT identification
DHA portal submissions and audits
Invoice checks and claims processing
Insurance coordination and reconciliations
Staff supervision and policy renewals
Collections and insurance audits
Responsibilities:
Train and support insurance, reception, and billing staff
Review CPT codes, documentation, and submission accuracy
Audit claims and handle e-claim submissions via Mediware
Coordinate with nurses and doctors for EMR accuracy
Reconcile with insurance companies and manage empanelments.
