Study Operational inefficiencies: Identify & work closely with the BPO Manager to deploy a Task Force with actions to improve productivity, efficiency & cost management for counter measures
Visualisation: Responsible for compliance by all 12 branches & Retail Obeya Head Office Room as per BPO Manager Visualisation Program.
Support Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) Program: Work closely with dealerships to ensure compliance of TMC requirements & standards for activities such as Kodawari, Express Maintenance(EM), that drive revenue & customer service standards.
Training requirements: Identify associate needs based on all the Operational exposure & projects.
Requirements for Application:
Degree from a reputable University.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Outstanding presentation skills with worksheets
Confident & strong implementation drive.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Capability of working on several projects at the same time.
Relentless strive for excellence.
Toyota Motor Corporation background preferred.
