Instant Technology LLC is the suppliers of IT Infrastructure Brands & ELV Products like Structured Cabling Products, Network Cabinet, Routers, Switches, Firewall, AP & Wireless Controller, Servers & Accessories, Network Storage, IP Phones & IP PBX

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Coordinator 

Roles 

Pre-Sales & Post Sales **

•Preparing quotation based on the lead time and availability of the items 

•Customer Communication and conversion of leads to business  

•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

•Post-delivery customer support 

Internal:  *

•Coordinate with internal sales team by managing schedules, filing the documents

•Ensure the sufficient stock of the products based on the movements 

•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

•Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

•Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and events

2Years of relevant / related experience preferred
