Strong analytical abilities with solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in digital media is a must
Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management, with the ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues
Good understanding of digital landscape & ecosystem with respect to operation process
Understanding of ad specifications, file formats and ad technologies
Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
Experience working closely with brands and media agencies with strong network in the media industry in UAE/GCC would be a bonus
Experience with MS Office and CRM software would be a bonus
