The Human Resources, Workforce and Volunteers department (HRD) is responsible for delivering an exceptional workforce who will deliver an exceptional Expo. HRD includes the following functional areas: Human Resources Operations (HRO), Workforce (WKF), Volunteers (VOL), Internal Communications, Training & Engagement (IET), Emiratization & Expo Academy (EMI) Workforce (WKF ): Workforce function is responsible for the scoping, planning, processing, welfare and wellbeing of all Workforce (Paid, Volunteers Contractors) in the lead up to and during event time.
The Senior Manager Workforce Services is responsible for supporting the processing and maintenance of all Workforce in the Workforce Management System. This role plays a pivotal part in each step of the Volunteer Journey and the scheduling and rostering of the Event Workforce; with over 30,000 Workforce (mostly Volunteers).
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Work closely with the Volunteer, Training, Uniforms and Workforce Planning and Operations teams to determine policies, procedures, timeframes, and gather information necessary for the dissemination of event offers and invitations;

- Develop policies and guidelines for Volunteer Assignments into Event Time roles;
- Develop policies and guidelines for the Scheduling & Rostering of Volunteers and Paid Staff to Event Time roles.
- To streamline all workforce processes in an efficient manner, to deliver an exceptional experience for the workforce member (particularly the volunteer workforce) and provide accurate MI for all department;
8+ years of relevant experience as well as:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Major event experiences;
