We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Sr. Product Manager to grow the Global Store business in the Middle East, starting with the UAE and KSA.

The Sr. Product Manager will create and manage innovative international product and business solutions, focusing on the Middle East and based from our Dubai offices. S/he will be responsible for managing innovative product and selection solutions tailored to customers in the Middle East and focused on Amazon's recent acquisition of Souq.com. S/he will create and manage innovative international business solutions for the Global Store team. Influencing and team building skills are essential for the success of this position. This person must be a customer focused individual who can work with the local destination team as well as the source teams. This position requires strong self-motivation, business acumen and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with product teams and business partners across different countries to develop & deliver solutions on complex international problems.

The ideal candidate has a broad skill set including analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, strong negotiations skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon's international expansion and exports business at all levels.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
· Identifying international challenges for all aspects of Amazon’s business
· Define strategies & create execution plan with local, international, and global teams to drive adoption and revenue growth for the Global Store business.
· Lead and own the product and tech roadmap to improve the Global Store CX for Middle East customers
· Think big and invent new ways to improve Global Store CX
· Contributing to Amazon’s bottom line
· Working with compliance partners to provide compliant solutions
· Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support
· Driving results by exercising judgment using available information

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
· 
· 5+ years of experience in product management or general management
· 
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· 
· Experience in agile, lean startup product management processes.• Superior verbal and written communications skills
· 
· Strong organization and project management skills
· 
· Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper product & project management techniques
· 
· Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across category or other departments
· 
· Experience using Excel and similar analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluency in Arabic and experience living in the Middle East highly desirable.
· 
· Proficiency with SQL, plus the ability to learn our in-house analysis tools quickly
