KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  

  • Initiating non-tech trainings for all customer facing aftersales associates.
  • To standardize & streamline processes within aftersales customer touch points.
  • To initiate activities to enhance skills of associates (Annual Skill Contest etc.)
  • To monitor recall activities and generate reports from DMS for analysis & accordingly advise actions
  • To monitor service marketing activities
  • To develop Service Menu pricing & review on regular intervals to stay in line with market.
  • Monitor & support respective locations to achieve KPI’s.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE & KEY COMPETENCIES

 

  • University Degree or a Diploma from a recognized Institution.
  • At least 5 years’ experience aftersales automotive.
  • A results-oriented person with sound understanding of automotive dealer/distributor business processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and Strategic/Systems Thinking, Customer Orientation, Decisiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and develop relationships.
  • Accountable for devising, planning and delivering a number of complex tactical initiatives in line with a financial, operational and strategic business plan.
  • Business negotiation skills, Business acumen, Strategy, organizational & analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
