About the Role

 

The objective of this position is to exceed sales targets for AC products like VRF systems, Ducted Split, Cassette and Wall mounted Split units and build a robust order pipeline and customer base.

  • To be able to put together Air-conditioning proposals both as a product and as a project. Should have application knowledge to provide design and built solutions.
  • Ensuring   sales achievement as per monthly/yearly objectives of the Department.
  • To visit market and meet MEP contractors, Main contractors, developers on a daily basis to generate AC enquiries
  • To meet engineering consultants and do product spec-in in the vendor list
  • Should do material submittals and co-ordinate with consultants for material approvals.
  • Delivery co-ordination and Payment collections from the customers against invoices
  • Track competitors and their strategies to build on company’s market share in AC business

 

About You

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Optional PG in Marketing/Business Administration
  • Sound Technical & Application Knowledge in AC systems in general.
  • Usage of Computing applications, & Microsoft Office applications
  • Should know Heat Load Calculations, and aware of Auto CAD softwares
  • Excellent communication/ proposal making skills.
  • Familiar with ASHRAE and other local regulations
  • Experience in gulf with valid UAE/Middle East driving license preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • 6-8 years in Air-conditioning Project sales.( Sales/Marketing)
