Description
Stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Administration Specialist. In this role, you will proactively Process & Coordinate all activities pertaining to HR such as employees benefits i.e. Health insurance, leave, insurance benefits, and employee cost budget & arrange for overseas travel etc.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
· To ensure that the HR systems are updated regularly and work closely with other department to maintain updated systems and database.
· Check the personal records of employees; passports, work permits etc.
· Arrange for Overseas travel and book flight tickets and Hotel reservations.
· Enter the staff details in ERP & issue the staff ID.
· Arrange for Staff Badge for both existing and new staff.
· To ensure that newly joined staff added in company insurance membership and the cancellation of terminated / resigned removed.
· Responsible for Terminated/Resigned staff Clearance process.
· Provide administrative support to the unit head.
· Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities and any other assignment given by line manager.
Qualifications
To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum 2 years of relevant Experience.
· Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
