About You
To be a successful Robinsons Leader, you will have a college degree or equivalent, minimum experience of 10 years in retail of which 5 years should be management level, preferably managing a large department Store in a high volume retail environment or be in an Area Manager role and ideally have an understanding of the Department Store concept.
You will have excellent leadership and people management skills, proven ability to increase sales and profitability, sound commercial and brand awareness and good technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications, and POS systems. You will be a true leader with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, guide and develop your teams. Fluency in the Arabic language will be highly regarded but not essential.
