URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR A FACADE CONTRACTING COMPANY IN DUBAI

• FACADE PROJECT MANAGER

SALARY AED 15000-20000

BE, with minimum 5-10 years experience in Facade Industry, at least 5 years experience in UAE, Lead facade projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution, Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals, Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, Manage project documentation and ensure clear communication with stakeholders, Conduct site visits to oversee progress and address challenges, Uphold safety standards and compliance with UAE building regulations, age less than 50 years.

• FACADE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

SALARY AED 5000-7000

Degree, Minimum 3-5 years experience (UAE) in Facade Industry, must be experienced in managing and maintaining all project related documents related to Façade industry contracts, drawings, specification and correspondence, Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, proficiency in Document management software and MS Office Suite, EDMS and Fluency in English.

• PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Salary AED 5000 - 7000

Degree, Minimum 3-5 years experience (UAE) in Façade Industry. Strategic sourcing of Materials, Components and service specific façade systems including aluminium, glass and hardware, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms, Inventory and Cost management, Compliance and Quality Assurance.

HR EXECUTIVE SALARY AED 4000-5000

minimum 3-4 years UAE experience, must have experience in HR and Payroll management, must be experienced in all Ministry of Labour (UAE) related documentation and Emigration laws of different countries especially India and UAE.

FACADE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFFERED FOR ALL CATEGORIES.
