Admin Marketing / immediate joining ( Real Estate and Property Finder Expert Experience -Mandatory-)

Job Description: 

We are seeking experienced and motivated real estate Admin Marketing to join our team. As a real estate admin marketing , you will be responsible for creating and posting ads on various platforms, refresh and updating centent in property finder and qatar living, as well as checking email (new listings, update pricing, end availability). and preparing new phones, CRM application, and training materials. You will work closely with other members of the team to provide excellent customer service and help the agents find what they seek.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advertising and Promotion:

Create and post advertisements for properties on various platforms such as : PF Expert, Real estate websites, and online classifieds.

Monitor and manage ad performance, making adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.

Content Management:

Regularly update and refresh content on Qatar Living and other relevant real estate platforms to ensure listings are current and accurate.

Ensure property information, pricing, and availability are up to date across all marketing channels.

Coordinate with agents and property managers to gather necessary updates and information.

Email Communication:

Manage incoming emails related to new property listings, price updates, and availability inquiries.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests for information.

Maintain email templates and ensure consistent communication standards.

Agent Support:

Prepare and maintain phones and training materials for new agents.

Conduct training sessions and presentations for new agents on property listings, company procedures, and sales techniques.

Update internal databases and systems with agent contact information and availability schedules.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist in administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for marketing campaigns and property maintenance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all marketing and administrative activities.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on marketing activities, ad performance, and client feedback.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving marketing strategies.

Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge in GCC market and sales

Strong communication,

Fluent in English

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
