Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

? Employee onboarding and induction processes.

? Develop and manage HR policies, ensuring compliance with Kerala and Tamil Nadu labor laws.

? Performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies.

? Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, particularly in the fields of LLM, NLP, GenAI, VR, and AR.

? Provide support on day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.

? Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR management.

Mandatory IT recruiter experience, including syringe roles with a proven track record in tech hiring.

Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in Kerala.

Experience or interest in projects related to LLM, NLP, GenAI, VR, AR is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently during UK business hours.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HR tools and software (e.g., HRMS, ATS, Talent HR).

Familiarity with remote team management.

Ability to handle cross-cultural teams working in different time zones.

Previous experience in tech recruitment for roles involving Al, Machine Learning, or VR/AR.

Proficiency in employee engagement strategies and developing HR initiatives.
